ProBioGen will conduct cell line creation of a novel gamma-delta bsTCE using its CHO.RiGHT expression platform, which includes its DirectedLuck Transposase technology for the establishment of stable high-titer cell lines.
FREMONT, CA: ProBioGen, a specialist in developing and manufacturing complex therapeutic proteins, and LAVA Therapeutics N.V., a biotechnology company, recently announcedthe closing of a second cell line development agreement to support LAVA's bispecific gamma-delta T Cell Engager (TCE) candidate. Based on its proprietary platform, LAVA Therapeutics N.V. is developing a portfolio of bispecific gamma-delta T cell engagers (gamma-delta bsTCEs) to treat solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
