FREMONT, CA: Kinnate Biopharma Inc. (Nasdaq: KNTE) (Kinnate), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of small molecule kinase inhibitors for difficult-to-treat, genomically defined cancers, nominates Neha Krishnamohan as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, as well as the expansion of its leadership team.

Ms. Krishnamohan joins Kinnate from Goldman Sachs. She spent over 12 years as a vice president in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group and a member of the Investment Banking Division's Mergers and Acquisitions (M & M&A) Group. Ms. Krishnamohan developed a reputation as a senior leader in the healthcare coverage group by advising various biopharmaceutical boards and management teams on a broad range of strategic financial matters, including financings and leading M&A transactions. She has completed more than $100 billion in the biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and tools/diagnostics industries. She graduated from Duke University with a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering and Economics.
