ATAI Life Sciences AG (atai) completes their million investment in IntelGenx Technologies Corp.
FREMONT, CA: IntelGenx Technologies Corp. (IntelGenx), a market leader in pharmaceutical films, declares that ATAI Life Sciences AG (atai) has completed the previously announced US$12,346,300 investment in IntelGenx. Atai now owns about 25 percent of IntelGenx's issued and outstanding common stock due to the acquisition.
