Genezen is expanding its workforce to satisfy the growing demand in the cell and gene therapy industry and increase its service offering in the manufacturing of viral vectors, including early-stage process development, vector production, and analytical testing.

Iain Baird:
Iain joins Genezen with more than 30 years of industry experience, leading the CMC development of vaccines and designed and managed biologic and CDMO facility builds in the cell and gene area. He has served as an advisor to founders and CEOs at Brammer Bio, OSO BioPharmaceuticals, and CANbridge Life Sciences and has a vast understanding of quality and compliance.
Diana Caldwell:
Diana offers 25 years of entrepreneurial and life science experience to Genezen as the current President, CEO, and co-founder of Amplified Sciences, a start-up in-vitro diagnostics firm that strives to diagnose and prevent disease. She founded and was CEO of Pearl Pathways in the regulatory and quality arena after a career in marketing at Eli Lilly. She has assisted various large and small biotech firms in driving growth while creating value for customers and patients.
Tedd Green:
Tedd has served as President of Cook Pharmica and Senior Vice President of Catalent Biologics and has more than 15 years of experience driving CDMO success in the biopharmaceutical industry. He co-founded and is presently the COO at INCOG BioPharma Services. Tedd's extensive managerial, financial, and operational skills will be crucial to Genzen's ambitious expansion objectives.
