FREMONT, CA: Cytek Biosciences, a leading provider of cell analysis solutions, recently unveiled the Cytek Aurora CS, a revolutionary high-dimensional benchtop cell sorter. The Aurora CS, which uses the same Full Spectrum Profiling (FSP) technology as Cytek’s Aurora cell analysis system, provides excellent resolution at the single-cell level to resolve and sort even the most difficult cell populations regardless of assay complexity or autofluorescence intensity. The Aurora system uses the whole spectrum of fluorescence signatures from several excitation lasers to differentiate fluorescent tags on single cells, considerably increasing high-content cell analysis with improved sensitivity. In addition, the Aurora CS includes all of the benefits of Cytek’s FSP technology, in keeping with Aurora’s sophisticated features and capabilities.
Its optical design and unmixing algorithm give scientists more versatility, allowing them to experiment with a wide range of new fluorochrome combinations without reconfiguring the system for each application.
