BioStem Technologies Strengthens its Board of Directors and Audit Committee with the Appointment of Brandon Poe, an Experienced Financial Leader in the Medical Technology Industry

“I am excited to serve on the Board of Directors of an innovative company that continues to outperform other regenerative medicine companies in its field. I look forward to advising the Company on the optimal methods to expand the access of its perinatal-derived tissue allografts for advanced wound care,” states Mr. Poe.
Mr. Poe is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of financial experience in various businesses, including life sciences, medical devices, and genomics services. He is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Jumpcode Genomics. This genomic tools firm unlocks the power of next-generation sequencing with CRISPRclean technology in basic research, infectious disease, oncology, and consumer genomics. Previously, he was the CFO at Genome Medical, a genomic telemedicine service, overseeing all financial matters. Before joining Genome Medical, Mr. Poe served as Vice President of Finance at Illumina, Chief Financial Officer at medical device startup Sotera Wireless, and Vice President of Finance at Inverness Medical Innovations, an Abbott-acquired point-of-care diagnostics company. Mr. Poe obtained his bachelor's degree from Bucknell University and his MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
