Beckman Coulter Life Sciences upgrades its Cytobank platform to offer new features that streamline data analysis workflows and enhance clarity in results.
Fremont, CA: Beckman Coulter Life Sciences has made a series of upgrades to its Cytobank platform, building on its history of offering labs with better solutions for the analysis, management, and sharing of complicated flow and mass cytometry data. The Cytobank platform is a cloud-based cytometry data analysis tool that offers strong visual data management and data sharing controls. The Cytobank platform enables researchers to find new insights from high-dimensional data using unbiased methodologies that reduce reproducibility concerns and eliminate operator-dependent bias by providing access to machine learning-assisted analysis without the requirement for coding knowledge.

Users will now be able to do popular statistical tests such as the regular and paired Student's t-test, One or Two-way ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U test, and many others directly from their Illustrations. The latest update now includes an automatic stain index calculation, which makes the time-consuming process of antibody titration a lot easier.
Statistical inference features in version 9.1 simplify data analysis workflows by removing the need to copy-paste data between different analytic applications to test for statistical significance. Bar charts, box plots, violin plots, line and summary dot plots, and dimension-annotated heatmaps are among the new tools available in the Illustration Editor, allowing users to summarise important data quickly.
