Airnov will also display the entire HAT® product line, in addition to packets and tablets.
FREMONT, CA: “This is one of our most advanced sustainable products to date and is very simple for customers to incorporate into their manufacturing processes. It is compatible with automated filling lines, can use all type of desiccants and is “food-contact” compliant, as the desiccant does not touch the payload,” states Mélissa Plantier, Product Line Manager at Airnov. Airnov Healthcare Packaging, a global pioneer in controlled environment packaging, has come up with a brand-new product and has exhibited its diagnostic portfolio at the next AACC conference in Chicago.

HAT®-B is the newest addition to Airnov's HAT® product line, which has various eco-friendly characteristics. These include a reduction in the use of plastic, an adjustable desiccant quantity, and a variable sorbent material that may be tailored to specific stability needs. No desiccant is required for this container.
“We welcome visitors to AACC to visit us at booth 3758. With 65 years of experience producing the highest-quality and active packaging of the future, we are excited to showcase our latest innovations, catch up with stakeholders and make new introductions,” shares Nicolas Martinez, Product Line Manager at Airnov.
The vial, ideal for the diagnostics and nutraceutical markets, is offered in two sizes to accommodate all customer requirements. The arrangement of the desiccant at the bottom of the tube ensures that it is in the closest proximity to the reactive portion of the test strips, hence optimizing the in-use efficiency.
HAT®-B, Airnov will also display a variety of other products, such as HAT®-SNAP with tamper-evident features and HAT®-IN, which integrates ADP® (advanced desiccant polymer) technology into the vial itself to offer a strong moisture barrier.
The company offers a variety of packet solutions produced from various materials, such as Tyvek® and other industry-approved nonwovens—these are available in sizes ranging from 14 grams to 10 grams with different desiccants.
AACC guests will also get the opportunity to view Airnov's assortment of molecular sieve tablets, which are available in various sizes, shapes, and coatings to meet the needs of every customer. These solutions are suited for diagnostic tests and other medical devices with restricted space that require total moisture protection.
