Abveris has promoted Tracey Mullen as the Chief Operating Officer and now became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to increase the growth of the company.
FREMONT, CA: Abveris is a leading company in the contract research organisation antibody discovery. Recently, the companyannounced the promotion of Tracey Mullen to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Earlier, she held the position of Chief Operating Officer. Her current position will be effective from July 13, 2020. The Creator and CEO, GarrenHilow, has proactively taken over the designation of Chief Business Officer because Abveris has moved forward from the stage of being a startup. Hilow prioritizes growth because he instigated the transformation as it demands a new leader who has a sturdy foundation in science, operations, and drives.

According to Mullen, "operating at the forefront of antibody discovery with a strong focus on innovative and transformative new technologies, Abveris has now reached an exciting inflection point and is well positioned for continued growth and success." She even said that "I am deeply honored and energized by the opportunity to lead this dynamic organization as we navigate the next generation of antibody therapeutics."
While working in Abveris, Mullen was responsible for boosting the average monthly revenue by 160%, expanding organic company hires, and even co-leading the application of the Beacon B cell screening platform. Mullen is a native of Connecticut, and she has earned her bachelor's degree in Chemical-Biological Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She completed her Executive Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
The transition of leadership in the company was imperative, regarding which Hilow said, "our business is, and has always been, to make quality biologic drugs.
